WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU CALL?

Your call will be answered by one of our front office receptionists, who will take the main details of your enquiry and pass you through to a member of the estimating team.  Further details will be taken and an appointment visit will be made with one of our experienced surveyors.  The allocated surveyor will visit you on the appointed day to survey the works required.  This may include taking measurements, photographs and asking questions to make a full evaluation of your requirement.  It is important at this stage to let the surveyor have any Drawings, Planning Permission and Building Regulation consent if this is applicable

It can take up to 4 weeks to prepare a quotation, depending on the complexity of the works.  Our surveyor will need to obtain information from suppliers and sometimes specialists in order to put together your tailor-made quotation.

All our quotations state the price for the works excluding VAT (value added tax).  When you receive your quotation you can review the cost and the detailed items.  If you have any queries or would like to amend or add further items please contact us to discuss this with the surveyor.

When you are happy with the cost and the items detailed in the quotation, simply call us or email to confirm your acceptance.  A standard impartial building contract (JCT or similar) shall be agreed by both parties and the works, (depending on size and type) can usually commence between 1 week and 1 month from acceptance of our quotation.

During the works, under direction of our on-site Foreman, one of our Project Managers will manage the building works and be your first point of contact.  You are welcome to contact us at any time to discuss additional works, changes or queries regarding the works programme.  We are happy to assist.

Once the project is completed, our Commercial Director visits the site to ensure the client is 100% satisfied with the works.  We obtain our repeat business by ensuring client satisfaction.
